At just four years old, Stacey knew she wanted to be a veterinarian. She'd pick up wounded animals—cats, dogs, birds, or frogs and brought them home so she could nurse them back to health.
Dr. Hershman is the pet parent of several cats she adopted after they were abandoned on the streets or were unable to stay with their elderly owners. She has a soft spot for pit bulls that were previously abused and works to educate people on the joy of having a shelter pet.
As a vet, Stacey enjoys helping animals heal and to become healthy through the power of natural nutrition, veterinary homeopathy, and pet acupuncture.
" It brings me great joy to get a big hug from a pet guardian after helping make their beloved pet healthy again."
